One personalized creation, one file. Images: a free watermarked preview before payment. Videos: payment before personalized generation. One-time purchase in CAD, no account; total and taxes shown before confirmation.
Your references
You must have the necessary rights and the consent of people shown. Creations are family-friendly and non-sexualized. An unusable file or a provider rejection may prevent creation.
Before and after payment
For images, payment unlocks the exact master shown in your preview. For videos, your references, choices, format and duration are frozen at payment, then a film is generated. Refund terms are set out below. Existing orders retain their rights.
Availability and issues
Files are available for 30 days. Your private link can be renewed. An email failure does not delete your files. Authorized operators handle incidents and refund requests.
Refunds and assistance
Duplicate charge: the duplicate payment is refunded in full.
Permanent generation failure: if no creation can be delivered, the payment is automatically refunded in full.
Creation not delivered within 24 hours after payment: you may request a full refund.
Unreadable or incorrect file, or a material defect compared with the order: contact support for a correction at no charge, or a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Change of mind: no discretionary refund after a personalized creation matching the order has been delivered. For images, the delivered file matches the purchased preview without the watermark.
Videos: demonstrations illustrate a style; your personalized result may vary. This does not remove your remedies for a material defect.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law. You can submit a request by replying to the order email, without creating an account.
